Saw head is propped up by two high-strength chrome plated & ground vertical columns, which are further reinforced by "INA" make PTFE self lubricated Bushes. The blade is protected by Bearings & Carbide wear pads. The blade can be mounted on the robust frame and is hydraulically tightened in order to ensure the desirable tensile strength. The saw is hydraulic-driven to perform the cutting job.

Auto Work Height Control :

Flexibly mounted arm of blades ends the requirement for manually adapting the blade height in order to make it compatible to different sizes of material. The blade swiftly reaches the material as the arm gets in contact, when Bandsaw Machine starts cutting.

BLADE GUIDES: Guides determine the accuracy of cutting as well as service life of Blade, the guides are simply designed and are composed of spring loaded and self-adjusting carbide inserts. Adjustment screws are in built for facilitating the change of blade that is guided by Roller bearing & Carbide wear-resistant pads.

SAW FEED: Up & down operations of the blade are regulated by hydraulic cylinder and controlled by a pressure compensated Flow control Valve.

JOB CLAMPING: Clamping work is maintained by hydraulic cylinder & valves. The jaws of the Front & Rear sliding benches are fixed horizontally and perpendicular to the Blade. The Movement of jaws of both the sliding benches is regulated by hydraulic cylinder Valves.


SPLIT FRONT VICE: Vice is uniquely designed for efficiently allowing the workpieces to be automatically indexed to a Reduce remnant of 50mm only. Split Front Vice clamps the materials on both of the sides of the plane, hence reducing remaining feeding material and drop-off burrs. Our exclusive design is appropriate for nesting or bundle cutting and is ideal for cutting highly rigid and short length workpieces.

AUTO LENGTH INDEXING & LENGTH COUNTER: The Automatic feeding of material is performed by indexing. The length of feeding material can be adjusted by means of Screw & Digital counter assembly with length including - 0.2mm. The hand wheel is integrated to determine the cutting length up to 400mm that can be viewed on digital counter in increase of 0.1mm. The varied strokes make it possible to evaluate the number of index cycles when the workpieces longer than 400 mm are needed. (Available in DCA Automatic models).
